     Mr. Ron LaMar was a fixture in the Â鶹´«Ã½ Bucks community for nearly 20 years.  A dedicated and passionate music teacher, he was a champion for both his students and his program as well as a pillar of the Â鶹´«Ã½ Bucks community.  When Mr. LaMar passed in June, 2014, we lost a great teacher, a caring friend and a special person.  He will truly be missed, and it is the hope of the Â鶹´«Ã½ Bucks Music Department that this scholarship will help preserve his memory and celebrate his legacy of serving through music.

     Graduating seniors from any of the three Â鶹´«Ã½ Bucks high schools are eligible to apply for The Ronald W. LaMar Memorial Scholarship.  Although Mr. LaMar was a band director, the applicant does not need to be pursuing a music major in college.  Please see below for a detailed list of the requirements.
