In order to reserve space in one of our buildings or athletic fields, each school or outside group must complete a Facility Use Request Form through the district's online facility use platform (FMX). Outside groups must first register and provide a current certificate of insurance meeting the district requirements. Once registered in the system, groups will be able to complete a schedule request that will be sent to the school. The administrator in that building will confirm that the requested space is available. Your request will then be reviewed by the Operations Department to verify that all facility use requirements are satisfied (i.e. insurance, function is appropriate, etc.). You will receive a confirmation of your reservation along with an estimate of the approximate cost of your rental. Inside building space is only available for rental during the school year.
